A Very Zolo Thanksgiving
Last Thursday, hundreds of individuals served by Imagine! and their families enjoyed an amazing Thanksgiving meal due to the generosity of Dave Query, Big Red F Restaurants, and Zolo Grill.
Everyone had a marvelous time, and the turnout was fantastic despite the bitter cold temperature outside. Several family members made a point to say how much this event means to them. Attendees also had the opportunity to make their own donations to the Imagine! Foundation, and contributed close to $700 to help us meet our mission. Amazing! It truly was a day of thanks and giving.
Thank you, thank you, thank you to all who helped to make this happen, especially the Zolo staff members who volunteered their time and effort, to Imagine!’s volunteer coordinator Elizabeth Hill, who did a great job coordinating the event on Imagine!’s side, and to former Imagine! Foundation Executive Director Susan LaHoda for once again volunteering her entire day to work with the Zolo staff to ensure a wonderful day for everyone!

Imagine! Foundation Board of Directors member Priscilla Lacy volunteered to help serve the meals. She gave up her own time, working two full shifts, and was wonderful about talking to attendees and doing whatever was needed! She also shared some of the pictures featured here.
Zolo General Manager Brent Bedard with Zolo's Jen Soranson (Jen coordinated the event from the Zolo side). Both were great to work with, as always!
The Chef of the Day was Brett Smith, Executive Chef/Partner at The Post Brewing Co. Brett has long been an active supporter of the I/DD community.
