Next Step Group Home Construction Update

Here’s the latest update (and some photos) from the construction of our Next Step Group Home in Broomfield.

Lumber was delivered on-site yesterday afternoon. The lumber delivery means that we will start seeing vertical progress and the site will stop looking like just a hole in the ground and will begin looking like a home. The basement slab is poured and set, which has allowed for back-filling along the foundation walls and within what will be the crawl-space.
